Di solito mi piace cucinare tutto da zero, personalmente. Orgoglio del prodotto e via dicendo. Ma ogni tanto, che sia per troppa domanda o per troppa pressione o quel che è, devo affidarmi ad altri laboratori per un ordine.
Qui però ho le mani occupate, quindi mi servirebbe qualcuno che supervisioni per me l'intera linea di produzione. Non mi viene in mente nessuno di meglio e di più disponibile di te.
Solo non distrarti a metà strada finendo a zonzo. Succede più spesso di quanto pensi. Riesci a completare l'intera lista e farò in modo che ti arrivi una bella fetta dei profitti.

Normally, I like to cook everything from scratch myself. Pride in product and all. But every once in a while, whether it's too much demand or too much heat or whatever, I need to rely on other labs for an order.
My hands are tied up here though, so I could use someone to help oversee the whole production line for me. Couldn't think of anyone better and more available than you.
Just don't get distracted in the middle and wander off. It happens more often than you'd think. Manage to finish the full list, and I'll see to it you get nice cut of the profits.
