Convicted criminal has escaped from a local rehab facility and Northrock's been contracted to return the inmate to custody. In my experience, escaped prisoners tend not to give up peacefully, so use any method you can to find and subdue the escapee. \n\nMight be worth staking out spots where they could attempt to hack their record clean.
